The safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff is our utmost priority, we are therefore taking the following measures to provide a safe and hygienic environment at Moorhouse Osteopathic Centre.

Like other businesses tackling this issue, we’re being guided by the Ministry of Health which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. We are cleaning more frequently with a focus on high-touch areas; and we are reminding our staff and patients about good hygiene.

Other proactive measures we are taking are:

• Hand sanitizers and masks are available; staff also have a supply of gloves.
• Treatment tables, especially face holes, are thoroughly sanitized.

• All Osteopaths wash their hands thoroughly, with soap between each patient.
• Patients are encouraged to wash their hands when they arrive or use hand sanitizer.
• We are reminding our patients to refrain from coming to their appointments if they are sick or exhibit any symptoms.
