If you do not attend your appointment or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be required to pay a non-attendance/non-cancellation fee $50.

*For GoldCard/CSC Holder – card must be presented at time of payment to receive this discount.

Payment is expected after each appointment and can be made by Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards or Cash. You can also pay via internet banking.

Terms of Treatment

If your treatment is not covered or declined by ACC or another funder you are liable to pay for the treatment and will be charged for a private appointment.

Payment Terms for any account not paid within the standard 7 day period may be handed to Baycorp and all costs associated with the collection will be added to the account.
